By accessing, browsing, and/or using any websites owned, operated or controlled by us, our social media networking webpages, and mobile applications (together the “Sites”), you are deemed to accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by it. As used in this Agreement, ‘SELECT”,” “we”, “us”, or “our” shall mean Select Innovations, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives. 

This Privacy Policy applies to information that users provide to us through the Sites. 

Information We Collect: 

We collect information from you for the following general purposes: to provide you with our products and services, for geocoding and location mapping, for identification and authentication, to improve the services we offer, to contact you, and for our own research. 

Personally Identifiable Information 

When you use our Sites, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information so that we can contact or identify you and administer your account (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, and your home address. This information is used for card shipping, account administration, and general member benefit communications. 

Non-Identifying Information 

We also may collect the other information from you, such as your age, gender, zip code, and individual preference (“Non-Identifying Information”). This information is only utilized for the purpose of improving you experience as a Select member. 

Online Advertisements 

In some cases, SELECT may share aggregated and non-identifying information about our Visitors and Members collected through the application process as well as through online surveys and promotions with select advertisers. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements on this site and other sites about goods and services that may be on interest to you. 

We and our service providers may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies such as pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect usage and browser information about how you use the Site. We process the information collected through such technologies to help operate certain features of the Site, to enhance your experience through personalization, and to help us better understand the features of the Site that you and other users are most interested in. At times, we may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and Log Data and aggregate it with information collected from other SELECT Users in order to improve the quality of the Sites and to analyze and understand how our Sites are used. 

Information Sharing and Disclosure 

We may disclosure your Personal Information to any of the following/for any of the following reasons: 

  • • To third party service providers in order to provide services such as payment processing, email delivery services, credit card processing and other similar services to enable them to provide services; 
  • • As required to fulfill your purchase (e.g., to our restaurant partners to enable them to fulfill your order or reservation request); 
  • • To an affiliate or other third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including without limitation in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings); 
  • • We also share aggregated information that includes our Non-Identifying Information with third parties in order to negotiate member benefits and for other partnerships.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including without limitation any social media websites, or affiliates and any third party operating any site to which this Site contains a link. Third Party Services 

For the Select World Elite Mastercard, we use Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”) to offer Users’ account linking and aggregation services from their financial institutions. By using this service, you grant us and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution. 

You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid Privacy Policy. 

If you choose to apply for the Select World Elite Mastercard, you understand that the card is powered by Deserve and issued by Celtic Bank, and you also agree to comply with Deserve’s Privacy Policy and additional terms. 


If you do not wish to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may unsubscribe from receiving them by clinking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. 


The Services are not directed to children under 13 and request that such individuals not provide any personally identifying information to us. 

Use of Cookies & GDPR

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection supervisory authority. Your personal data is required to become a Select member and to offer you appropriate services and benefit redemptions. We may perform automatic processing of your data to personalize your experience and communicate more effectively with you.
